  Patient or Caregiver Opens Web Page
  The user enters their symptom, date care is needed, age of the patient and zip code of the address where care is needed to request care.

  Patient or Caregiver Access Account
  Patient signs up(new user) or signs in(existing user) to access their account.

  Patient Selects A Provider & Time Of Visit
  Patient selects a provider and time of visit to finalize the booking request.

  Provider Reviews The Request
  Provider confirms the request and sends the estimated time of arrival to the patient or caregiver.
• 5
  Provider Arrives To The Requested Address To Deliver Care
  Provider arrives at your preferred location to administer treatment. If lab investigation is needed, samples are collected during the visit and sent to the lab. Your prescription will be sent to your preferred pharmacy and a visit summary delivered via a portal.
